Sorry if some of you get bored, but if don't write these memories down for Alan I will certainly forget
(the Anglea side)
It was very bittersweet when we had to leave we only get to see Jack's brother and his family about twice a year and we miss them so much.
We had a wonderful Christmas this year and it was so special to have an addition to our family. I can't wait until Alan really understands what the Christmas season is all about (the birth of our Lord). Alan had more than he knew what to do with, but it was so fun and we enjoyed being with our family so much.
We started celebrating by going to my home church's candlelight Christmas Eve service and Alan joined us and was an absolute angel (and he even had communion with his Daddy and me), after that we ate supper with my family and some friends.
Christmas morning we woke up and Santa had definitely stopped to see ALL of us, so we unwrapped presents with my parents and Mama G (my grandmother), after that we went to have lunch with my other grandmother and to see what Santa left for us at her house.
Then on the 27th we celebrated with the Anglea's (after Jack's brother could get home from Virginia), it was great to have everyone there. We had brunch over there and it was delicious. We celebrated Christmas then we celebrated Jack's birthday that was the day before, it was a great time, we just wish it didn't pass by so fast.
