4 Weeks

Today Alan is 4 weeks old and I absolutely cannot believe it, God has blessed Jack and I with a beautiful child and he blesses us everyday and I already cant imagine life without him. He is the best baby and very laid back. Happy 4 weeks Baby Alan, Mommy and Daddy love you!!!

Mama G (my grandmother and one of Alan's great grandmother's) has been here with us almost a week and we have enjoyed her visit so much and we dont know what we would have done without her she has been the biggest help to me and she is trying to spoil Alan.

Alan's Name

Before I forget I would like to explain Alan's name and how special his whole name is to us.

His full name is Jackson Alan Anglea and so he is named after both of his grandfathers and his father. The Jackson is after Jack and his father Jack (because my husband is a Jr.). Then the Alan is after my dad (it is his middle name). After we had decided on this name we found out that one of Jack's grandfathers name's was Jackson and we thought that was special too. We have decided to call him Alan.

Also happy 3 week birthday today baby Alan, we all love you!!!

Update and Alan's Friend

This is Alan with one of our favorite nurses Donna (from the nursery).

All of these nurses have helped get us where we are today and they love all of these little ones so much. Thank you ladies for all of your good care and love.
We took Alan back to the hospital yesterday for another weight check and he now weighs 5lbs 14ozs. so he has gained 8ozs. in 6 days we are so excited and want to thank everyone for their prayers.

2 Weeks Old!!!

Alan was 2 weeks old yesterday and I cannot believe it, I can now relate to other parents saying where has the time gone. Jack and I are so lucky, he is the best baby and we can already say that we did not know what we did before we had him.
